Plain English. We collect what we need to fulfil your order and improve the site — nothing more. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
- Order information: name, shipping address, email, phone number, items purchased.
- Payment information: processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store full credit card numbers — only the last 4 digits and card brand for receipt records.
- Account & communication: email if you subscribe to our newsletter; messages you send to [email protected].
- Usage data: pages viewed, products clicked, device type, approximate location based on IP. Used to fix bugs and understand what's working.
How we use it
- Fulfil and ship your order (shared with our warehouse and carrier — USPS, UPS, FedEx).
- Send order confirmations and shipping updates.
- Send marketing emails — only if you opt in. One-click unsubscribe in every email.
- Detect fraud and prevent abuse.
- Improve product selection and site experience.
Who we share with
We don't sell or rent your personal data. We share what's necessary with:
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) — name and address only.
- Payment processor — card data goes directly to them; we don't see it.
- Email service provider — email address and first name for transactional and (opt-in) marketing emails.
- Analytics — aggregated, non-personal usage data only.
- Law enforcement — only when required by valid legal process.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to keep your cart working between pages, remember your preferences, and measure site traffic. You can block cookies in your browser — the cart will still work using session storage during your visit, but won't persist between visits.
Your rights
You can ask us to:

- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your data (subject to legal record-keeping requirements — typically we must keep order records for 7 years for tax purposes).

Truvello Market is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.
